DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Conduct fabrication and modifications of machine and equipment
 Conduct troubleshooting in mechanical and electrical problem.
 Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance programme as assigned, in a timely and efficient manner.
 Finding Fault /troubleshoot on breakdowns and taking necessary and timely corrective action.
 Completing all documentation and filing accurately ensuring non-conformance forms is communicated to Team Manager
 Attending team briefings suggesting improvements and workable solutions to team performance.
 To ensure full implementation of safety system and safe practices of work and continually practices in the department team.
 Maintain; repair all plant machinery in a production environment, including repair and maintenance in all processing equipment machinery and packaging machinery.
 Carrying out planned/unplanned maintenance in all processing machine and packaging machine and related ancillary equipment.
 To ensure compliance of quality procedures by meeting site target of continuous improvement in the department.
 Completing tasks within a stipulated time period. And ensure the correct information is entered to the SAP, so that mean time failure can be used as performance indicator.
 To ensure operational availability of machinery so as to achieve the daily planned target.
