Work Experience

Nov 2007 -Till date: First City Monument Bank PLC.
 Presently I work as the customers service manager of a branch where I oversee, supervise, coordinates and manages the day to day activities in branch operations.
 I ensure there is adequate security coverage and surveillance in the branch at all times
 Also I onboard new customers on alternate channels and ensure usage and cross sell seeing to continuous increment in the balance sheet of the branch.
 In addition I attend to customers complaints, enquiries and resolves their issue with a call back to provide feedbacks as it applies
 Customers satisfaction is key thus I ensure every customers leave the branch satisfied by rendering excellent service and going the extra mile to delight customers

At a particular period, I have also worked in the cash and teller’s unit of the bank as the cash officer, where I oversee and manage the daily activities as it relates to cash management and peoples management.
 Thus ensuring that fund is taking from the surplus unit to the deficit unit.
 Providing adequate supervision on the activities of the subordinate which helps in preventing the perpetration of any ill act.
 Also managers all the accounts by inputting proper entries thereby ensuring that it balances at the end of day.
 In the same vain ensures that there is adequate provision in meeting the demands of our customer within the shortest time frame.
 See to it that due diligence is taken while processing all transaction so as to safe guard the interest of our customers.

On a regular basis, we attend to the needs of youths and the homeless roaming the street and provide comfort as well as those in the juvenile and correctional homes.
