▪ Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.
▪ May rotate among various clinical services of institution, such as obstetrics, surgery, orthopedics, outpatient and admitting, and pediatrics.
▪ Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.

▪ Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

▪ Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
▪ Maintain good relationship with other hospital personnel..
