I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking Chef with a passion for food & lots of working experience. I have always known that being in a kitchen, preparing amazing food for others, is where I want to be.
After completed my National apprenticeship (3Yrs) in kitchen at Hotel OBEROI INTERCONTINENTAL*****, New Delhi, India along with one year certificate course in food & nutrition from I.G.N.O.U. in 1989 .I joined Hotel Taj Mansingh*****, New Delhi, India & gained the experience of various kitchens like Continental, Indian, Italian & Banquet.
I am comfortable in handling all related aspects of the f & b production sector in any growth oriented organization. A high-energy individual who can work as a motivated member of a professional team. My confidence and relationship, management skills will definitely prove to be an asset leading to both my personal and organizational growth.
