I have practical experience of more than 14  years in HR Executives, Administration, Recruitment Officer and Sales Marketing in UAE and Philippines.  I am Bachelor Degree with Business Administration Major in Management with Entrepreneurship.

My skills and capabilities are in line with the requirements of a highly professional HR person. I am extremely proficient in processing and maintaining filing systems for all employees. I am also highly skilled in assisting the department with various HR related activities including maintaining and updating organizational charts, payroll, and handling complains salary issues, programs and grievances on a regular basis, updating the department’s information on the company website along with other HR programs including strategic planning activities.

Furthermore, I take pride in my capability and experience in providing administrative support to the company’s business partners where required and assist with both the company’s compensation and appraisal programs. After I graduated in college, I been working professionally for more than 14 years from Philippines, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Mostly my tasks in-line in process of creating information systems and supervising its flow from and to others within an organization.
