Job description:
· Installation/maintenance/loop check and commission
vibration probes
· Loop check and stroke testing of control valves
· Able to work safe and maintain housekeeping
· Able to calibrate and install transmitters
· Able to function tests instruments
· Installation of tubing from ¼ to ½ 316 stainless steel tube
schedule 0.065 from panel to instrument air line.
· Lay out copper tubing for signals air supply and steam
tracing using appropriate fittings.
· Conduct loop checking, functional testing, calibration and
troubleshooting of all process instruments in all modules.
· Installation of instrument, limit switches in local control
panel.
· Pulling cable, dressing, glanding and termination of
instrument signal cable.
· Report work status and perform special assignment as
required by the foreman.
