Duties and Responsibilities: Warranty Administrator
Is responsible for making sure the dealership is paid for warranty work by preparing, submitting and following up on all claims.
To provide an efficient warranty claims process in support of the business.
To operate within deadlines and according to manufacturer and Ford Retail guidelines.
Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verifying criteria required.
Checking all the documentation or requirements required on each warranty job card.
OASIS Printed same day with customer concern/symptom code.
Job Card & Vehicle Inspection form sign and dated by customer and advisor.
Customer Complaint Questioner Form as attached with required signature.
Suspect Repeat Repair/Service parts warranty approve by Service Manager.
Prior Approvals E-mail attach (AWA, Eng & Trans Cost Cap & Mustang MT)
SPW/OTC Reference Original Invoice Attached.
