Experience

February 2018 - to date Law officer / Legal Coordinator at Employers Federation of Pakistan: Have been coordinating and advising the legal cum administrative work including arrangements of trainings on various topics for the employers. Have been providing legal services in diversified areas ranging from routine legal matters to complex representation before courts and legal bodies including Labour, Environment and corporate affairs.
February 2017 till date Legal advisor and legal attorney at College of Physicians and surgeons of Pakistan: Have been advising and representing College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan in different civil and administrative matters, have been appearing before different benches of High Courts, Civil Courts and other judicial fora in the matters particularly relating to Revenue and civil nature.
February 2018 to date Legal Researcher, Advocate, Associate. at Haroon Dugal Law Chambers: Have been coordinating, advising and managing the legal cum administrative work of Employers Federation of Pakistan (EFP). Have advised and represented the member companies of the Employers Federation of Pakistan in versatile matters i.e. Labour, PESSI, EOBI, PRA etc. Have been drafting writ petitions and appearing before different benches of High Court and lower courts.
Ocotober 2015 – June 2016 Human Rights Lawyer (Associate) at Asad Jamal and Associates: Assisted in extensive legal research, drafting and Para-legal activities. Arranged conferences and meetings in collaboration with Human Rights working organizations i.e. HRCP, INP on different agends e.g. Electoral reforms, Police Reforms, Minority rights. Have been appearing before trial courts including District Sessions Court, Civil Courts and other fora.

Have been drafting parawise comments in many a cases on behalf of Customs Department. November 2014 – August 2015 Human Rights Defender at Sanjh Preet Organization: Worked as Human Rights Defender, assisted in many legal and administrative issues pertaining to implementation of Minority rights while in project titled “Human Rights Fund – III Project”. Drafted legal opinion in many a legal issues to the implementation partners.
